Hello Amigos
Welcome to my Actifit Report for Sunday, 9th February 2025.
I woke up very early on this day, then went to throw dirt and get the air of after rain 😅
Weird right?
Yes, there is this cool breeze and smell that comes after rain, especially during the first rains of the year.
I didn't spend much time outside, I came back to quickly Sweep the house and slept back, I was very up early.
Then, I couldn't woke up when I wanted to.
I was seriously having abdominal pain, I just unlocked my phone and joined service online.
Later in the day I dragged myself to the kitchen, prepared something and ate.
I wasn't still okay, I was feeling random headaches at intervals.
Later in the evening a friend from the naval base dragged me out for an outing saying "the abdominal pain and headaches is a result of not going out".
The outing wasn't bad as we avoided loud music sit out place because of me.
I came back later to rest up and continue watching Korean drama because I couldn't sleep and brethren.......the headaches didn't stop.
