A couple more good photos from the parkrun volunteer photographer. I was making this my hard workout for the week. All went well, never as quick as l would like, but still my fastest time of the year for this hilly trail course.
It is interesting to look at the stats afterwards.I recon I could do the down hills mich faster and it looks like I was taking a little easier in the first half as the heart rate was under 140 beats per minute. For my zone 4, it should be over 140. Something to focus on for next week.
