Good weekend community, yesterday as you can see I over met my goal, I was over 6k.
I have to tell you that I am not counting some morning workouts that have a therapeutic purpose.
Yesterday was a beautiful day, nice temperature, cool breeze and clear blue skies.
Buen fin de semanas comunidad, ayer como ven sobre cumplí mi meta, estuve sobre los 6k.
Tengo que decirles que no estoy contando algunos ejercicios mañaneros que tienen un objetivo terapéuticos.
Ayer fue un bonito día,una temperatura agradable, brisa fresca y un cielo azul despejado,.
Our neighborhood park was full of children and young people playing, the spectacle was truly beautiful.
That makes me happy and makes me perform better.
