It is a really nice place to visit if you are around downtown Seattle. Especially if you are into art and beautiful glass things.
When it comes to Actifit, I am continuing my ten thousand or more steps. On top of over fifteen thousand steps in yesterday's report, I was able to achieve over ten thousand steps once again.
In addition to a good amount of walking, I did a medium length weight lifting workout in my garage.
This was one of my shorter workouts, where I did two sets of ten pull-ups, two sets of dips on bars, two sets of bench press for chest, two sets of biceps dumbell curls, two sets of dumbell shoulder press and two sets of triceps extensions.
At work today, I had a half a day training class with Microsoft as well as a couple of meetings and implementing and deploying a potential fix into our test environment.
After all that, I picked up our daughter from school. we had dinner and did some scanning of a thirty two page book our daughter created for her school project.
Then, I did some Lego stuff with her and my wife and watched an episode of a show that we are watching right now.
All in all, it was a great Tuesday. Oh, and we went on a short walk with my wife. The weather in the Seattle area is cold right now, but it is sunny and dry.
Temperatures are in low twenties in the morning, and it warms up to about forty degrees Fahrenheit.
Tomorrow is another day of work driving to school and family time. Hopefully, you enjoyed looking at the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum.
