The Northwest Rocks!🤗
Late morning and a mixture of Sun and clouds were shrouding the Western side of the Mountains!😎
“It looks to be a beautiful day for hiking Liz!”🤗
Little did we know that a “stranger” would be joining us on today’s hike!😳
“Silvertop, I just texted Jan, she is joining us for today’s hike!”🥰
Jan………………Nope………we were about to have an encounter with one of the most FEROCIOUS animals this side of the Cascade Mountains!😬
“Liz here he come again, he’s running toward you at FULL speed!”😮
We were headed back home, when one of our new neighbors Goats made a break from his pen, and started heading down the road at full speed towards us………….
He had discovered Freedom Lol!!🤗
Silvertop and Liz years ago had a Nubian goat, they are very sweet animals!😍
We had just finished today’s hike, and we didn’t want this Goat to wander too far from home…….
But…..It appeared he was going home with us Lol!🙄
Liz called another neighbor Kurt, that has several Goats to see if he could help wrangle this one back home Lol!😇
After several attempts to “Make” this Goat stay home, Kurt decided that the best idea would be if Liz, Jan, and Silvertop started walking away and he would “entertain” this goat until we were out of sight!
“Silvertop, then I will jump in my truck and speed away fast, I think the Goat will take the hint and stay put at home till his owners get back!”
Quickly the three of us hiked down the road, and Kurt moments later sped past us in his truck!😳
The Goat soon lost interest, and headed home!🤗
“Liz, that was interesting, and to think I was worried about Bears and Cougars Lol!”🐻😺
Be careful hiking in the Mountains my friends, you never know what or who you will run into!😅
