Today was a “make it or break it” day……😳
With Valentines Day here, Silvertop headed out to the driveway to dig out my Dodge Dakota 2 wheel drive pickup truck!😮
Liz has the only four-wheel-drive in the family, and she was at work………..
I have pulled a snowmobile trailer with this truck in Colorado where they sand the roads…………
In the Pacific Northwest, far off the main road, each year my truck is stranded till the snow melts!🙄
The snow wasn’t melting…………..
I texted Liz……….
“Honey maybe I might need to have you close your eyes Saturday while I “Surprise” you with a late Valentine’s Day present!”🥰
“PEPE, this is lame, do you think I can dig my truck out?”🤔
“Dis no big deal Silbertop, I drive truck, you PUSH!”🐸
I really didn’t think that was a good idea………….
I took a deep breath, and started my truck.
After sitting for weeks deep in snow, my trusty Dakota fired right up!
I backed up slowly, as I headed towards a thick sheet of ice!
I stopped……. my truck kept moving sideways towards my creek!😬
Suddenly I hit a dry spot, I hit the gas…….
I was FREE!🤗
“PEPE, I think Liz will love these flowers!”😍
“We eat good if Liz not like flowers Silbertop!”🐸
When is Spring coming PEPE Lol?😎
“Soon Silbertop!”🐸
Till tomorrow….. Don’t try this at home….
