Exercise

Today the weather is very good. When I woke up, I prepared to exercise. I exercised on the balcony of my house. I wake up early these days.
Then I went to prepare to exercise on the concrete road in the village.
The first light began to shine on the horizon with a peaceful atmosphere. And a new day was about to begin. I woke up feeling refreshed. The air this morning was very good and bright. It made my body feel refreshed. While I was exercising on the balcony of my house, I immersed myself in the beauty of nature as it approached dawn. This silence and amazing beauty made my mind calm and very relaxed. Today I exercised by doing aerobics as usual. While exercising at home, I used the stairs to help exercise my leg muscles and calves, which were quite large. I wanted them to be strong and have smaller legs. I turned on music, wanted YouTube, and watched aerobic dance moves from YouTube. It worked very well for me. When the sky started to brighten, the soft sunlight began to shine down.
Then I walked out of the garden house. To the concrete road in the village At 6:00 a.m. The first light of the new day began to shine down. The quiet road, the beautiful nature around me, I enjoyed this nature very much with my exercise. Along with the music that helped motivate me to run and exercise. It helps a lot. I run with determination on the concrete road in the village and along the canal road by the Trang River.
Exercise by running fast to burn calories better. Take a deep breath and feel the energy flowing through your body. This morning, birds chirped beautifully on both sides of the road. The wind is cool and comfortable. The soft sunlight is starting to shine out, making it feel warm and getting warmer, helping to increase the body's metabolism.
Exercise this morning makes me feel very good, both physically and mentally.
I run to the back of the temple in the village, then circle back to the concrete road. My destination is the footpath, along the canal road by the Trang River.

On the way

Happiness along the way, sharing, feeding the dogs on the side of the road. I can let go of their happiness.

Garden house

When I arrived at the garden house, the first thing I did today was to go to my mother-in-law and prepare breakfast for me and my husband. Today, I started by making coffee. Today, we went to eat at the pier and brought food to feed the fish. The atmosphere is very good this morning at Ananta Garden. We sat and drank coffee there with a warm atmosphere with the big fish that I raised.

Gardening

I turned on the water to water the plants.
Giving money, I went to pick fruits in the garden. Today, I got many fruits. Papaya, banana, passion fruit and pineapple

Prepare food for parrots and Sulcata tortoises

Today's food for parrots includes bananas, rice, papaya, passion fruit, 13 types of grains and liquid food for parrots. Then clean the bird cage and the tortoise cage.

That's all for today's exercise and life.
