Good morning, friends ❤️🙏🏃
Today, I have another chaotic but heartwarming story to tell. It was a morning full of haste, surprises, and little joys that made the new day brighter. A chaotic morning, starting a new day.
The story is that this morning I woke up a little later than usual. When I opened my eyes, the morning sunlight came through the curtains to greet me, making me realize that today time went faster than I thought. As soon as my feet touched the floor, I rushed to take care of myself as much as possible, like a machine that was programmed to work efficiently. Starting from making the bed neatly, grinding fragrant coffee beans that wafted throughout the house, stimulating freshness in the morning, and not forgetting to quickly prepare a delicious breakfast for everyone in the family. Setting the plates and bowls on the table, no matter how much I was in a hurry, I still paid attention to the small details.
Once everything was in order, it was time to exercise. Since I felt that it was already too late for my daily run, my mind started to feel a little restless, so I quickly put on my favorite pair of sneakers and rushed out of the house, heading towards the familiar concrete road in the village, hoping to burn off some energy and work up a sweat.
After I started running for a few steps, in the morning atmosphere that was getting more and more lively, There was a surprise and a great joy, my husband ran along with me. It was so nice to have someone running alongside me like this. It was like this chaotic morning was filled with warmth and unexpected little happiness. Running alongside each other made every step feel many times more meaningful.
We ran along the same route we usually run, which was behind the temple in the village. Then we circled back to the concrete road and headed to the road along the canal by the Trang River, which stretched out. The scenery on both sides of the road was still beautiful and refreshing. Even though my mind was a bit chaotic today, seeing these familiar sights helped me feel a lot more relaxed.
The lively morning atmosphere and mental adjustment This morning, the atmosphere in the village was quite lively because it was already past 7:00 AM. Even though it was a holiday, many people were starting to come and go, whether they were villagers going to the market, people exercising, or people running errands, so the road was not as quiet as usual. There were quite a few cars, but it wasn’t too crowded. It became part of the natural sounds of the morning.
With the rush in my mind, feeling like I woke up late, I kept running while my mind was still hot and restless. Sweat came out more than usual, as if the body was trying to release the accumulated tension. But after running for 2-3 rounds, the mind that was once restless began to calm down surprisingly. It was as if the repetitive movement helped the thoughts to gradually ease. But on the contrary, the body became hotter from the continuous exercise. My husband noticed that I was in a special hurry, so he asked me with concern. I told him directly that it was probably because I woke up late that I was so restless. My husband comforted me in a gentle tone, saying that there was no need to rush so much. Just watch your breathing so that you don't have to think too much. Take it easy. My husband's few words had great encouragement that helped me feel much more relaxed. It was as if the tension that used to cover my mind was slowly fading away.
Run, rest, to the intended goal
After that, we continued to jog together without rushing anymore. Every step was easy, in line with the rhythm of breathing. When I felt tired, I switched to walking to let my body rest and recover. We talked and exchanged stories, making exercise no longer boring. Today, I set a goal of approximately 7,000 steps on my favorite running application. When I reached my goal, I stopped to take pictures. And the video is a good memory of this morning. The view along the canal with the morning sunlight shining down is too beautiful to let it pass without recording. After taking pictures, it's time to walk back home. After returning to the white house, it's time to do housework immediately, whether it's watering the plants, cleaning the house, or preparing food. It's a busy morning but full of happiness, impressions, and good meanings that make me feel like today is another good day.
White House
Happiness hidden in responsibility
It starts with the fragrant aroma of coffee. Then, I sip warm coffee with my husband, chatting about various things during the simple but happy breakfast. When my husband's daily tasks are done, I start taking care of my mother, preparing a delicate breakfast, feeding her, taking her to bathe and dress, doing light physical therapy, and letting her rest comfortably. Just like every other day, after taking care of my mother, I don't forget to feed the little birds that are waiting in front of the house, and the cats that are walking around and cuddling around. When all the lives in the house are full and happy, it's time for me to travel to the garden house.
Baan Suan
A place that I love and often go to every day.
Today, I drove my favorite tricycle to Ban Suan in a good mood. But when I arrived, the peaceful image of Ban Suan did not help me relieve my anxiety because I just remembered that I forgot my mobile phone at home. My heart was beating a little fast because normally my phone is an important thing that I use to manage my time and communicate.
The chaos did not end there. Today, I had an important task to do: move the refrigerator from Ban Suan to the white house. The problem was that moving the refrigerator took quite some time. And without my phone, I could not check the time. So I had to roughly estimate the time that I would spend in Ban Suan for about an hour.
When I thought of that, I did not hesitate to clean the refrigerator as quickly as I could. I secretly looked at the old wall clock that was almost unusable to estimate the time. After I finished cleaning the refrigerator, I did not forget to feed the birds that kept chirping, feed the fat turtle, and feed the chickens and ducks that were walking around the area of Ban Suan. When everything was ready, filled with happiness and in a hurry, I quickly packed up and drove my favorite tricycle back home to write this chaotic article. Every day, I give my friends to read. Even though it seems like a story that is full of chaos and many responsibilities, I feel happy every day doing these things. Little happiness hidden in responsibility.
As for today, I have to say goodbye first. You are my friends. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you very much. ❤️🙏💞
