The dawn of brightness runs to receive the dawn along the Trang River Canal** This morning. As soon as the sound of a saw from the neighbors rang into the bedroom It was a signal to wake me up from my bed abruptly. It was like a natural alarm clock that was as accurate as the sound of a wristwatch that was about to sound soon. I walked towards the window. Slowly pull out the curtains. and looked away The picture that appears is that the neighbors are energetic in logging. The sound of the saw and the sound of cutting wood was quite loud. But instead, it's the sound that brings the freshness of the new morning. shortly after The alarm clock rang out. It confirms that it's time to exercise. I started the day by going into the kitchen, cooking and washing the dishes. Complete the mission in the morning. So wear workout clothes, socks and your favorite pair of shoes. open the door of the house Stepping up to the concrete road in the village runs to breathe fresh air and harvests the beauty My running starts with a slow rhythm, gradually increasing speed. Today the weather is especially good. This thought made my heart even more cheerful. After completing the image I continued running. The destination was behind the temple in the village. Along the way, a group of local dogs ran after me in a friendly manner. but didn't run for long They invited each other to turn around. along with barking and howl in disbelief in this behavior Maybe it's because they have their own territory. And I'm just running past when running to the area behind the temple again I swept my eyes around Today the temple looks quiet, wrong as yesterday. with many people gathered this tranquility It made me hear the birds chirping from various birds. that greet each other in the morning It is a beautiful natural melody. I ran back on the concrete road. the next length until reaching the road along the Trang River Canal Here there is a scenery very interesting The river in the canal flows slowly. reflecting the blue sky beautifully And what's even more exciting is the development of the canal area on the other side of the village. They are building a balcony along the footpath along the river. It's like the side I'm running. This development will not only create beauty for both sides of the canal in the future make this a place Interesting travel and exercise but most importantly is to prevent bank erosion This was the main factor that they developed. But the tiredness came along. with happiness and satisfaction I took a break again to take pictures. and videos to keep as memories After that, continue running. His eyes stared at the houses of the villagers under construction along the canal road. a small house Two floors that look cute. believe that soon The atmosphere in this area would be humid with people in the near future. when running back to the end of the route along the canal and is about to go up to the concrete road I met many neighbors roaming around. Some people waved their hands. when you see me jogging They said hello. Ready to invite me to exercise together in the next day. If I have time, I smile and invite them, "Let's run together." We talked a little. before dispersing to do their own duty I continued running until the area behind the temple ended this morning. Today, I ran 5 and a half rounds. It's considered a result. Very satisfying. Suddenly, the watch rang again. is a signal that It's time to go home after white. Today is a holiday for many people. I hope all my friends will enjoy their vacation. Everyday life begins with the first light of dawn in a white house full of love and warmth. When my feet touch the kitchen floor, the fragrant aroma of freshly ground coffee begins to fill the air, signaling the start of a bright new day. A new morning in a white house, my morning routine in the kitchen starts meticulously by gently grinding good-quality coffee beans. The dark coffee powder sends a fragrant aroma that awakens the senses before carefully brewing my favorite cup of coffee for me and my husband. The alluring aroma of hot coffee wafts into the bedroom, so I can’t help but call my husband to get up and sit and sip coffee together at the kitchen table. The two of us take turns telling little stories from the night before or planning for the coming day during this simple time. After enjoying the coffee, the next main task is to prepare breakfast for my beloved mother. Today, I intend to spend my time relaxing in this kitchen to take care of my mother closely. When my mother’s breakfast is ready, I gently feed her and joke around to make her happy. The happiness of seeing her eat deliciously is the greatest happiness of a daughter-in-law. After finishing breakfast, my husband and I carefully help my mother take a shower and get dressed, and do not forget to do physical therapy for her. To make your mother's body strong and move better every day, every step is filled with care and good wishes. When the task of taking care of your mother is completed, it is time for the four-legged and two-winged members of the house.
The greeting of "Meow", the beloved pet, is a signal that it is time for its breakfast. After that, it is the turn of the two beautiful parrots in the cage to take a bath under the cool water. Today, they look especially happy, chirping and jumping around.
After taking care of everyone in the white house, it is time to travel to

Baan Suan

A small paradise full of life. Today, my husband will travel with us. He has a favorite tricycle loaded with supplies such as cucumbers, long beans, cooked rice and various grains for the parrots in the garden. There is also a cheetah stove with leftover food from last night to be used as an appetizer for the lovely ducks and chickens to eat before the main meal. When the tricycle approached the gate of the garden house, a familiar sight appeared in front of me. All the chickens and ducks rushed to greet me in unison, chirping excitedly. Their faces were full of joy at seeing me, which made me feel warm in an indescribable way.
I slowly opened the gate and brought out a container for storing food to fill the rice for the chickens, ducks and geese to make them swell before mixing it with the prepared banana stalks. This special recipe is always their favorite. Then I plugged in the motor to meticulously clean the birdcage and the turtle cage, not forgetting to feed them thoroughly to ensure that every life in this garden house would receive the best care.

When all the tasks were completed, I closed the gate of the garden house and went outside to wait for my husband. He was feeding the remaining ducks and chickens, and I did not miss taking out my phone to record these cute moments again. The images of the playful pets enjoying their food and the smile on my husband's face showing the small joys in everyday life made me grateful for every second of this life.

After completing the tasks at the garden house, my husband and I returned to our white house with a satisfied smile. It was time to sit down in front of the computer and share my stories of exercise and life in this article.
