On Monday we needed to restock some basic household supplies like dish soap and peanut butter, so I went to this warehouse store where you can buy stuff in bulk for a good price. The place his hug. My goal this week is to go for runs on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. So getting home this evening I did some weight training and worked out using the following routine:
- Leg exercises - dumbbell front squats, dumbbell split squats
- Push exercises - dumbbell shoulder press, inclined
push-ups, Stability Ball Chest Press - Pull exercises - wide grip pull ups, two-arm dumbbell row
- Isolation exercises -bicep curls, tricept dips.
I write these words on Monday night with tired fingers but feeling good to get over 10,000 steps today, for sticking with it and putting in some time to exercise.
