Most times it is so difficult to give out our clothes but then we keep hoarding them and our wardrobe are filled with clothes we barely wear or use.

Exactly!
For most of us that had little while growing up, each one of those wears meant a lot and giving out is never a option.
But the more we kept them, the more they occupied space.
