How Do We Let Go Of Emotional Or Physical Attachment?

I have learned so many things about humans and I know some of the things we find very difficult to achieve. I have noticed that a lot of people find it difficult to let things go. It may be a physical thing or an emotional thing.
I would not blame anyone for finding it difficult to let things go because I think this is something general that happens to almost everyone, including myself. I think it is important to pull up this act because not letting go of things have a way of getting to us and make us feel sad whenever we remember or see that particular thing.

I would not say I have been able to fight this battle completely but I know for sure that I can let things go whenever I want to especially when it’s not something that I hold very dearly.
There are a few advices I would love to give my friends who find it hard to let go of things either physical or emotional.

Let things go because your mental health needs peace

I’d love to ask a question. How do you feel when you are keeping something in your heart? As for me, I always feel like I’m carrying a particular burden in my mind which makes my heart palpitate all the time.
Also, I won’t be able to focus on the things I have planned to do. That’s because my mental health isn’t stable but if I’m able to erase such thing on my mind, I will be fine.

How do you erase such thing from your mind? You have to realize that your mental health is key and very important. A lot of people went insane because of an unstable mental health. You have to be stable all day so if you think about this alone, it should at least help you to let go of whatever it may be.

It isn’t yours

I don’t think you will have to struggle so hard to get what is for you. When you realize that the thing isn’t going your way, you have to let go and focus on more important things.
If it is for you in the first place, you won’t even think of letting it go but if it isn’t, that’s when you begin to think of either letting things go or not. Whatever makes you think twice isn’t for you. Just let go and do not waste your time on things that are not necessary.

There are a lot of things that should be left alone and not force it. It may be hard to let go of those things but once you realize that you are stressing too much on them, just let them go.

These are the two tips and advices I would love to give to my friends who find it difficult to let go of things.
I hope you get to think about these two points so you do not always have to hold on to what does not belong to you.
