But it gives me some comfort to know that there are still people in 2025 who still haven't heard it even once. You know, I haven't heard all of the songs from the group Cinderella. This song is from the album Long Cold Winter. As far as I understand, it was written by Tom Keifer. What I like most about this song, beyond the rhythm, which is very nice, is its message. I say this because it talks about not knowing what you have until you lose it. It is a classic theme that the band addresses. In other words, it talks about that anger of realizing how valuable something or someone was once they are no longer there. Every time I hear the lyrics, I remember those times when you forget to thank someone and when they leave, you feel remorse. Just the simple fact of seeing the mistake when it is too late, sometimes, only when you lose something do you realize what it really was. And that is very true even if it sounds a bit trite.

I believe, friends, that this song can remind us that it is not worth it to go around despising what we have on a daily basis. In other words, to focus on the little things that we tend to overlook. Obviously, it's not that you have to live in fear of losing everything, it's just that sometimes you have to be a little more attentive and not take for granted what you have.
