Hello everyone happy Easter Sunday it's my pleasure to participate in this week singing competition and for this week's entry I will be doing a song cover of BEYOND ME BY YADAH
It's the season of the celebration of the death burial and regulation of Jesus Christ indeed is the time for several reflection of what Jesus did for us on the cross of Calvary excretions and that's reads I choose to sing this song that says God as looked beyond my guilt scene and all the things I have done and I need decided to show me mercy yeah that's what he did on the cross of Calvary, I wasn't supposed to be a part of God's people but Jesus decided to come and die and make me to be at peace with God and he broke the world of partition that was before me and God and Gave me access to God. It is indeed his mercy because I don't deserve it but he did it for me and whoever will accept him as Lord and Savior. I hope as you listen this music will inspire you and bless your heart to reflect on what he did for you and your family on the cross of Calvary.
lyrics
You looked past my sin, my guilt, my shame and poured your love
You looked beyond me, oh
You looked beyond me, oh
You looked past my sin, my guilt, my shame and poured your love
You, You looked beyond me, oh
You looked beyond me, oh
And I'm the one that You have shown mercy
You have shown me mercy
You have shown me mercy
I am the one, the one that you have shown mercy
You have shown me mercy, God
You have shown me mercy
I'm the little girl, the lost sheep
Lost in sin and filth, unworthy, yet You poured Your love
Poured Your love on me
I was naked and cold
I needed a covering fashioned to your taste
Yes, You have dressed me in Your righteousness alone(refrain)
