A cup of coffee, A cup of tea is required in the morning to start the day, and I know many people might be in favour of coffee, but I am a tea person. It's not that I don't like coffee, but I prefer to choose tea over coffee because I enjoy it more than coffee. So I have it in the morning, and it is kind of a day starter for me. I also have coffee a couple of times a week, but I have tea every morning and evening, so it's like having two cups of tea in a day is a routine, and sometimes a discount also goes up, so it can be 3 or even 4. Sometimes, when I am with someone or visiting any place with friends or family.
It is hard to say no when people push for a cup of tea, and I generally don't say no, so I just say yes and have a cup of tea. It is a refreshing drink for me, which I sometimes have in the morning with some snacks, which can be some namkin or biscuit, depending upon the mood, and sometimes only a cup of tea is enough. But there is hardly a gap in my tea schedule in the morning.
Soft drinks like Coke or something, I have only a few times in a month, and sometimes it's like once in a month because I know it's not healthy, and I try to avoid as much as possible, but sometimes it's not possible to avoid those, depending upon the situation. While it may not be easy to avoid it completely but I surely try to keep the consumption as low as possible, which can be A few times in a month and surely not more than once in a week and generally in the wintertime time it is just once or twice in a month.

I do understand that every individual have different taste for tea or coffee whatever they prefer And for me it is AT which is prepared with some ingredients like ginger and cardamom read little quantity of sugar and milk of course and that is all which is needed for a cup of tea that I enjoy. are your thoughts about tea and coffee and which type of person you are? I mean, are you a tea person or a coffee person? Thank you!
