မုန့်အနှစ်ကို ကောက်ညင်းဆန်မှုန့်၊ဂျုံမှုန့်၊ ထန်းညက် နှင့် ရေ ဖြင့် သမအောင် ရောနှောထားပါတယ်။
ထိုမှုန့်အနှစ်အရည်ပျစ်ပျစ်ကို ဆီ ဒယ်အိုးထဲ ထည့်ကာ ကြော်လိုက်တော့ မုန့်ဆီကြော်ကို ရတော့တာပါပဲ။
နောက်တမျိုးကတော့ ထိုမုန့်အနှစ်ထဲကို မြေပဲဆံ ထပ်မံရောနှောထားတာပါ။
ဒီတော့ ချိုဆိမ့်အီသော မုန့်ဆီကြော် ကို စားရတော့တာပေါ့။
ဒီမုန့်က မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာမုန့်တမျိုးပါ။
ကျွန်တော် နေထိုင်ရာဒေသမှာတော့ အလှူပွဲ၊ ကလေးမွေးနေ့ပွဲတွေမှာ ဒီလိုမျိုး မုန့်ကို ကြော်ကာ ဝေငှကြပါတယ်။
