If you visit my blog frequently you must know that i love both cooking and eating tasty & healthy food.
Today I'm not going to share the recipe but I'll share about one of my favourite food which we have throughout the year but truly enjoy this recipe in the winter. I'm talking anout pav bhaji ๐. There are many special food for winter and pav bhaji is one of them.
This is a recipe which is Mumbai special where you eat lots of boiled veggies and spices with buttery bread ( pav).
This is bhaji which made by lots of veggies like cabbage, potatoes, green peas, capsicum, bottle gourd, carrot, onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, garlic and more veggies according to your choice and availability. We boiled all veggies, mashed them and then add spices. It take some time but it is easy to make .
Then enjoyed it with bread/ pav or buttey bread.
Many times i also cooked veg pulao along with pav bhaji.
Even pav bhaji is a full meal in itself. Which you also enjoy as a party food. This tasty pav bhaji increase the fun of the celebration ๐.
I love pav bhaji so much specially in the winters because that time we get lots of vegetables to make this delicious and healthy recipe , do you also like it ?
