That's great man I'm so happy for you! As an European, American food is strange and so different from ours, American bread isn't really bread and it's the same with cheese, many ingredients used in the US are banned in Europe, so your vision has to work right!?

One of the defining moments of my life came about a year after I started my first attempt...
I received a handwritten letter (who writes those?!?) and it was something along the lines of:
"Dear Mr Thomas, you don't know me but I've been eating your food for about six months. I work downtown and have very little time for lunch. I've seen your food ads but figured for the price they couldn't be good... however one of my coworkers let me try a meal and it was delicious! In addition, the food was exactly what my doctor had been telling me to eat for years. Now, I know I need to exercise more but as a 62 year old woman - this is a good start!
In addition to eating your food I have been following you on Facebook and I see where you say drinking water is super important. For the last six months I have been eating your food, saving lots of money (and time!), drinking water and the reason I am writing you is because last week I went for my yearly physical.
