Hola compañeros de hive el día de hoy no puedo hablar de alguna receta sin nombrar algo bien argentino: El mate🍵
El mate no es solo una bebida; es una tradición, una excusa para juntarnos y charlar, es casi un ritual. Imagina esto: una tarde de domingo en Argentina, el sol brilla, y un grupo de amigos o familiares se reúne en el patio o en el living. En el centro de la mesa, un mate con su bombilla reluciente, listo para ser compartido. 🍵💬
Reúne los Ingredientes y Utensilios:
Yerba mate: La cantidad puede variar según tu gusto.(yo uso rosamonte)
Agua: Calienta, pero no hasta el punto de ebullición (entre 70-90°C depende cada persona).
Mate: El recipiente donde prepararás la bebida (puede ser de calabaza, madera, cerámica, etc. el mío es calabaza).
Bombilla:La pajita metálica con filtro que usarás para beber. La mia tiene un pinguinito
Los pasos son bien fáciles:
Calentar agua 💧 pero que no hierva en una pava:
busca tu yerba favorita 🌿 , en mi caso Rosamonte:
Busca tu mate favorito y Ponele yerba y la bombilla tapando el orificio para que no entre aire y lo insertas en la yerba
Le tiras agua caliente-tibia al mate , esta acción se llama CEBAR , y ya estas listo para tomar mate
Listo terminaste.
Consejos:
No muevas la bombilla: Esto puede desorganizar la yerba y ensuciar la bebida.
Repetí el proceso: A medida que el mate se va consumiendo, podés volver a agregar agua caliente tantas veces como quieras, siempre y cuando la yerba mantenga su sabor.
Respeta la ronda y solo una persona puede cebar , sino se arma bardo

In the center of the table, a mate with its glowing bulb, ready to be shared. 🍵💬
Gather the Ingredients and Utensils:
Yerba mate: The amount may vary according to your taste. (I use rosamonte)
Water: Heat, but not to the boiling point (between 70-90°C depending on each person).
Mate: The container where you will prepare the drink (it can be made of pumpkin, wood, ceramic, etc. mine is pumpkin).
Bulb:The metal straw with a filter that you will use to drink. Mine has a little penguin
The steps are very easy:
Heat water 💧 but do not boil it in a kettle:
Look for your favorite herb 🌿, in my case Rosamonte:
Find your favorite mate and put the yerba and the bulb in it, covering the hole so that air does not enter and insert it into the yerba.
You pour hot-warm water on the mate, this action is called PRIME, and you are ready to drink mate

Tips:
Do not move the bulb: This can disorganize the herb and dirty the drink.
I repeated the process: As the mate is consumed, you can add hot water again as many times as you want, as long as the yerba maintains its flavor.
