Hola gente de hive les cuento: eran como las 4 de la tarde de un domingo, ya había pasado el almuerzo, no tenía nada preparado, y mi estómago empezó a hacer ruido como si quisiera hablar 😂. Hambre real. Esa que no te deja pensar en otra cosa. Pero no quería caer en lo fácil de siempre ni pedir delivery aparte tampoco tenia mucha plata jajaja. Así que fui a la cocina a ver qué podía inventar. Aca nacio el verdadero sandwich vegano jajaja🙌🥪🌿

Hi hive people, I'm telling you: it was around 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday, lunch was already over, I had nothing prepared, and my stomach started making noises as if it wanted to talk 😂. Real hunger. The kind that doesn't let you think about anything else. But I didn't want to fall into the usual easy way or order delivery. Besides, I didn't have much money either, haha. So I went to the kitchen to see what I could invent. This is where the real vegan sandwich was born, hahaha 🙌🥪🌿

Bueno ahora les cuento los ingredientes que tiene este menu jaja, empecé con dos rebanadas de pan integral, crocantes por fuera, suaves por dentro. Las calenté apenas para que largaran ese aroma rico que te abraza el alma 🤤🔥. Después vino la magia vegetal:
🥬 Lechuga fresca, bien crujiente
🍅 Tomate cortado en rodajas gruesitas y jugosas
🥑 Palta bien madura, hecha puré con un toque de sal y limón
🥒 Rodajas finitas de pepino (¡refrescante a otro nivel!)
🌰 Semillitas de sésamo y chía para un toque crocante y nutritivo
🧄 Y como broche de oro… ¡una capa generosa de hummus casero con ajo y limón!
Ademas tambien tiene cebolla morada.
Lo cerré, lo corté por la mitad y apenas le di el primer mordisco supe que tenía que contar esto 🤯💚

Okay, now I'll tell you the ingredients in this menu, haha. I started with two slices of whole-wheat bread, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I warmed them up just a bit to release that delicious aroma that warms your soul 🤤🔥. Then came the vegetable magic:
🥬 Fresh, crisp lettuce
🍅 Tomatoes cut into thick, juicy slices
🥑 Ripe avocado, mashed with a touch of salt and lemon
🥒 Thin slices of cucumber (refreshing on another level!)
🌰 Sesame and chia seeds for a crunchy and nutritious touch
🧄 And as the icing on the cake... a generous layer of homemade hummus with garlic and lemon!
It also has red onion.
I closed it, cut it in half, and as soon as I took the first bite, I knew I had to share this 🤯💚

Este sándwich no solo me salvó el hambre, también me recordó lo fácil que puede ser comer rico sin recurrir a productos de origen animal. No tenés que complicarte ni buscar ingredientes raros. Con lo que tenés en la heladera, un poco de creatividad y ganas de comer algo que te haga bien y saludable.
Y lo mejor de todo: es 100% vegano, lleno de nutrientes, sin ultraprocesados, sin crueldad y con un impacto mucho menor para el planeta 🌍💚. Comer así no es solo un placer, también es un acto de amor propio y de respeto por todo lo que nos rodea.

This sandwich not only saved my hunger, it also reminded me how easy it can be to eat well without resorting to animal products. You don't have to complicate things or search for unusual ingredients. Just use what you have in the fridge, a little creativity, and a desire to eat something that's good for you and healthy.

Este tipo de sándwich es perfecto para cuando tenés poco tiempo, para llevar al trabajo o incluso como cena liviana. Te llena, te nutre y te deja con esa sensación linda de haber elegido algo que suma en todos los sentidos. Y además... ¡es muy Instagrameable! 📸😄 o podriamos decir "hivemeable" jajajajajaja.
Si sos veggie, vegano o simplemente querés sumar más comidas basadas en plantas a tu día a día, te juro que tenés que probar esta idea. Es versátil, podés adaptarlo con lo que tengas (pimientos, cebolla morada, tofu, repollo… ¡lo que quieras!), y siempre queda bien.

This type of sandwich is perfect for when you're short on time, to take to work, or even as a light dinner. It fills you up, nourishes you, and leaves you with that lovely feeling of having chosen something that adds up in every way. And what's more... it's very Instagrammable! 📸😄 or we could say "hivemealable" hahahahaha.
