Today i would like to share the recipe of Desi Masala Macroni Recipe, it is kind of Pasta prepared specifically to the indian taste buds with a combination of spices & Chopped Veggies. It is perfect recipe for breakfast even ideal for Lunch or Tiffin Box for kids. It is quick & Easy recipe with minimal Ingredients, even you can add more veggies and Herbs depending on your Taste, but i have shared the Indian version of pasta, try this recipe, 'm sure you gonna love it for sure. Masala macaroni is a fun pasta that's super easy to make and if you enjoy continental cuisine, you will definitely love it.

Ingredients 📃


Cooking pasta

• 2 litre water.
• 1 tbsp salt.
• 2 cup Macroni.

Macroni Masala.

• 3 tbsp Cooking oil.
• ½ tbsp of Cumin seeds.
• 2-4 clove chopped garlic.
• 1 Chopped Green chilli.
• 1 Chopped Onion.
• ½ Chopped Capsicum.
• 1 Chopped Tomato.
• 1 tsp chilli powder.
• 1 Sachet of Maggi Masala.
• ½ tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste.

firstly, in a large pan take water and then add salt.

get the water to a rolling boil. once the water comes to a boil, add Macroni. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking from bottom.

boil for 7-8 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

drain off the macroni and rinse with cold water to stop from cooking further and remove the Starch. keep aside.

To prepare pasta sauce, in a large kadai/pan heat oil and Cumin seeds, wait untill it starts crackling.

Then add chopped garlic & Green chilli untill it get aromatic.

then add chopped onion & Capsicum, untill it get transculent. Don't over cooked the veggies.

Tip : You can add more veggies - Carrot, beams, mushroom etc depending on your choice or availablity at home.

Add Chopped Tomatoes, cook it untill it get mashy n Soft.

Tip : if you don't like tomato then instead of adding chopped tomato, add Tomato Puree, cook untill oil start releasing from it's Sides.

keeping the flame on low, add 1 chilli powder, Maggie masala and Garam Masala. Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.

now add boiled Macaroni and mix well making sure the spices is well combined with Macroni.

cook it for a another 2 minutes, so that macroni get it's flavours and get warm.
