Spicy potato, cauliflower and peas curry which tempts the mind as soon as it is seen. Cabbage contains good amount of vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium and fiber. Cabbage is not only beneficial for health, but its dishes are also very tasty. Cabbage keeps digestion right. Usually, cabbage used to be available only in winters, but now it is available in every season. We will make a delicious spicy curry like the restaurant.
Ingredients:-
- Cabbage - 250 grams
- Potato - 2
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Peas - 1 cup
- Paste of green chilli, ginger, garlic and onion
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
10 Kasuri methi - 1 tsp - Sabji masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - finely chopped
- Oil - for frying
- Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Method -
Remove the stalk of fresh cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Soak the cabbage pieces in hot water with a little salt for 10-15 minutes.
Then remove it from salt water and wash it well.
Peel and chop the potatoes too.
Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add potatoes,
 paste and fry
Then add tomato paste Add the puree
Mix it well and add all the dry spices (red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and Everest vegetable masala)
Add one cup water and cook well, then add all the fried vegetables to it
Mix and cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. In the end add kasuri methi and green coriander.
Spicy Halwai style Sabzi is ready
Eat and serve it with roti, paratha, naan or rice
