
Saturday was another disciplined day and it's actually not that difficult at the moment as I'm in a flow and seeing/feeling great results. I didn't go on a walk aside from the 4k steps to and from the lunchbreak hot yoga class I joined. This was my 5th hot yoga session this week and I do plan to make it 6 on Sunday in the morning.
I did end up spending time in my kitchen making red lentil tofu which is now the 3red time that I'm making it and I've gotten way better and more efficient on it to the point where it's pretty much done within 30-40 minutes giving me 3 batches to eat for multiple days. This is how I make it...
- Step 1: Rinse the lentils in water multiple times until the water more or less stays clear instead of getting white
- Step 2: Poor Boiling water over the Lentils (around 2-to-1 ratio, the fewer the less time it takes to boil)
- Step 3: Add salt, Garlic Powder, Union Power to that.
- Step 4: Once it cooled down a bit, mix it in a blender
- Step 5: Put that in a pot on the heater and rinse it so the bottom doesn't burn on, it doesn't take long for it to get stiffer.
- Step 6: The moment you can pretty much scoop it with a whisker, put in in glass containers and flatten it out.
- Step 7: Once it somewhat cooled down you can easily take it out and cut it to bake afterward or even eat like that.
I did 4868 Steps on the day which got my total on the week up to 95k and just 5k steps more to go to reach the week goal. Walking to and from the yoga studio on Sunday morning should get me there.

Today Goals: Sunday will be a busy day as I will handicap the football matches in the morning, followed by a hot yoga session. Afterwards I will eat something, have an entire afternoon and evening watching the football games to end in front of the tv watching 2 of my favorite shows.
