That sounds like a solid plan! Starting a new diet with a planner has helped me stay way more organized and consistent in the past. I use a notes app to track meals, goals, and progress, and checking Evernote reviews actually helped me decide it was worth setting it up specifically for this — the templates and tagging make it so much easier to stick with the plan.
