I was just thinking I hadn't seen any amazing photographs from you for a while - and here you are: the power of telepathy!

Sounds like it's been all go and the course sounds grand.

If you make the stew without the chorizo you could some smoked paprika.

        I added that and some normal paprika this time around too. It’s the second time I’ve made it, the first time it was tasty but missing something. It can take lots of smokiness 😁.
