Ladies and Gentlemen
I decided to make my version of Adobo chicken.
Ingredients;
10-12 cut wings
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar( white and rice mixed)
6 garlic cloves (crushed with a violent palm heel strike)
Bay leaves
1 red chili (I used a serrano)
1 tbsp black pepper.
1 tsp sweetener (stevia)
Spring onion for garnish.
Mix it all up and marinate the chicken for an hour.
Pan sear the chicken in oil, just for some color.
Gorgeous, make sure you stay hydrated while cooking.
Once there's some nice browning, add all the marinade back and finish it in the oven for 45 minutes, flipping once.
Plate with garnish, serve with Sriracha aioli.
