My FIRST Hot Sauce!
I'll be the first to admit, how surprised I was to find myself making a HOT SAUCE! I am simply not a spicy foods kind of guy. I prefer milder tastes.
SPICY has never sat well with me, and my delicate tummy. LOL. At a young age, my kids loved hot spicy foods. Not me, though... so, this winter, finding myself branching out and trying something so far from my comfort zone, was SHOCKING.
Now, a couple months later, here I am, churning oout a few different kinds of HOT SAUCES. Habanero Mango, and Habanero Pineapple Hot Sauce, too!
