i find going all liquid just selfish.
so you make a list of creators and then check every post before upvoting? or just check before adding them and review the list from time to time?
One thing i never check is delegations. but you can make an argument for it.

It's a whitelist, it then randomly picks one from the list, does the checks, usually skips as there's no content to vote, but if it finds something.. votes if all are passed. Rinse and repeat until minimum VP levels are reached.
i played a bit with SQL database but never get further from just playing with some queries. my basic, basic, basic understanding of programing is a bit of a limit :D
