I need to do some more research about adobo, keep seeing it all over hive. Need to find out how to make it, what are the main ingredients to make it? Or is it some spice packet to add flavor?
There are various ways in cooking chicken or even pork adobo. But I think the balance of using the amount of vinegar, soy sauce and other seasoning is the key to achieve a delicious adobo. As for me I added pineapple juice and sprite to make it more savory. I already posted here my chicken adobo recipe with chicken liver. But that was a bit long ago...I think 5 months ago..? But I hope you can still check on my wall if you have free time. And I hope it can help you too. 🙂
