INGREDIENTS
💚 Paneer 💚 Onions 💚 Capsicum 💚 Salt 💚 Greenpeas 💚 Oil 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Tomato 💚 Green Chilly Sauce 💚Butter 💚 Tomato sauce 💚 Soy Sauce 💚 Lemon 💚 Bread
Step1 :
- Wash the vegetables well in water and drain them without any water.
- Then take the capsicum and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and keep them aside.
- Chop the onion into small pieces and keep them aside.
Step 2 :
- Put a pan on the stove and pour some oil. Once it is hot, add the chopped onion and capsicum and sauté.
- Then add the soaked peas and chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and saute well.
Step 3 :
- Now take the chopped paneer and put it in the pan and mix it well. Then add a spoon of trimingo powder, tomato sauce, chili sauce and chopped coriander leaves and fry it well.
Step 4 :
- Once the paneer and vegetables are cooked well, mix them once, turn off the flame and set aside.
Step 5 :
- Now take the bread slices and spread butter on them and then spread tomato sauce on them.
Step 6 :
Now, place the paneer masala that you have already prepared between two flatbreads and heat it on the non-stick pan.
Step 7 :
If necessary, spread butter on the bread and heat well on both sides.
Step 8 :
Cut the heated breads into triangles using a pizza cutter.
Now the tasty, appetizing Paneer Bread Sandwich is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
