INGREDIENTS
💚 Paneer 💚 Salt 💚 Oil 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 chickpeas powder or baji bonda powder.
Step1 :
Pour the bajji bonda powder on a plate and mash it well without any lumps, and add the required amount of salt and turmeric powder. Add a spoonful of oil.
Step 2 :
Add water little by little and mix well. Add water until the batter reaches the consistency of batter. If you add too much water, the batter will not turn out well, so add water to the batter consistency.
Step 3 :
Take the paneer and cut it into half-inch slices and then cut it into half-inch square pieces.
Step 4 :
Take the chopped paneer cubes and add them to the mixed batter and soak them well. Leave it for ten minutes to marinate.
Step 5 :
Put a kadai on the flame and add oil to heat. when the oil becomes hot, put the marinated paneer cubes one by one to fry
Step 6 :
When the cubes are fried well and turn golden brown in colour, take them out and keep them on a tissue paper.
Step 7 :
Now the soft and tasty paneer pakoda are ready, fry some curry leaves to garnish and serve hot with hot or cool drinks.
