How are you all? Hope you all are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. I am back to you again with another new recipe post. Today I will share with you Pangas fish recipe cooked by village people Let's start-
*** Pangash fish recipe in rustic style with potatoes.***
Materials-
- potatoes
- pangus fish
- Onion and pepper.
- Turmeric, rich powder
- salt
- the oil
- cumin
First, the fish should be cleaned and fried in oil. Then the potatoes should be cut into pieces. Now put turmeric, powder, coriander, cumin, onion and chilli in a bowl. Now place a pot in the oven and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, saute the spices well for a few minutes. After the grating is finished, the cut potatoes should be grated for a few more minutes. After grinding, it should be burnt with sufficient amount of water. After some time the fried fish should be given.
