What do you do when you have a very stressful thing going on? My life has been so stressful for close to 3 weeks now, that I lost 2.5 kg already. Almost 1 kg per week. I don't even have the will to get up in the morning, cant fall asleep fast at night as I have a lot in my mind. Why can't Hive blog earning be $$$$ so I will have a less thing on my plate 😅 If only life is that easy, huh 😵💫 Life is full of nasty shocks and they suck 🤣
At least I have an Instant Pot. Less time in the kitchen, kinda helping the big elephant in the room, in a way or two, I suppose, altho it can't solve my bigger problem whatsoever 😅
1 steak
1/2 large onion
3 garlic
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 c soup mix
1 L beef broth
1 L water
2 cans of tomato condensed soup
1 bay leaf
Freshly cracked black pepper
Steamed potatoes
Slice thinly garlic and onion, cube the steak
Rinse the soup mix
Saute garlic and onion in butter, then stir in the cubed steak. I use Instant Pot, but this can be done on stove top
Add in bay leaf
Stir in soup mix, broth, condensed soup and water, and freshly cracked black pepper
Turn of saute option, and close the lid. Turn on high pressure for soup, and cook for 50 minutes
Serve soup with steamed potatoes
