700 household is a big estate! That's like 700 houses and apartments, right? Which makes it literally a little village. Is it all gated, with some shops and restaurants inside, or is it purely by residential?
It is a very large estate, from large and small homes right down to 1 bedroom apartments. And yes, it's like a village in theŕe! Their facilities are amazing, and the gardens beautiful! The clubhouse looks like a 5-star hotel, has a large restaurant, coffee shop, small cinema, pub, a salon, hairdresser, doctors, and physios, a library, etc! Very good sport facilities as well. Loads of nice and safe walks, in a high security gated estate. The list goes on!
Transfer went through today, so we're meeting the agent for the key handover tomorrow! Looking forward to this "new" life.
