A Bowl Of Brown Beans Noodles In Curry Style [ENG - ESP]

Its a warm and loving Sunday from my region and I know you all are enjoying your Sunday too with family and friends. And today I will share with you a bowl of brown beans I combined with noodles in a curry style. You will never believe how tasty the result turned out because its the first time I tried making this recipe and frankly, its a delicious meal.

Beans is one pantry food that is so versatile but it appears to be well neglected despite its one food with high protein which is nourishing and makes us stay light at all times. Honestly speaking I enjoy beans a lot and has also made sure my family eats it as often as possible.

So what I do is cook and season one full pot of cleaned beans every weekend to store in fridge because it is always a side dish for other meals like white rice 🍚 with sauce, mix pasta or spaghetti 🍝, boiled plantains, porridge potatoes and veggies. And can also be eaten alone.

But in today’s recipe J decided to try out beans and noodles together with some simple every day ingredients we can source in the pantry to make it into curry style meal for lunch. Just a one serving meal as I craved noodles but needed to make a bit healthier. Its simple, quick and enjoyable.

INGREDIENTS: ( Two Servings)

1/2 cup of brown beans (cooked) 1 pack of noodles 1 chili pepper 1/6 of thumb of ginger 1 red hot pepper Couple of cent leaves 🍃 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

This is a simple and quick recipe since our beans has been cook. So all we need do is wash and slice our cent leave and crush the ginger.

Step 2.

We slice the red hot pepper above , leaving the red chili 🌶 for garnishing .

Step 3.

We set little water on the cooker and cover to boil.

Once it boils we add the noodles , cover and allow to cook half way before we stir separate it.

Step 4.

We add the ginger , cent leave and hot pepper here above as the noodles tender and stir lowering heat.

Step 5.

And we add the brown beans here above and stir it into the noodles gently.

Finally, we add our chili powder, salt and curry above, Stir and cover to come together.

Set it down and serve seasoned and delicious.

I always try to find new ways to make easy meals that can be prepared in minutes especially when not in the mood to stay longer in the kitchen. And this bowl of brown beans noodles in curry style is one good one I will love to always repeat because its simple and easy.

This is a satisfying dish you can literally prepare without much time consumption. Prepare it in your version of ingredients desired. But honestly, the simpler the better as beans are always delicious in any way prepared.

Es un domingo cálido y agradable en mi región, y sé que todos ustedes también están disfrutando del domingo con sus familiares y amigos. Hoy les voy a compartir un plato de frijoles marrones que combiné con fideos al estilo curry. No van a creer lo sabroso que quedó, porque es la primera vez que pruebo esta receta y, sinceramente, es una comida deliciosa.

Las judías son un alimento básico muy versátil, pero parece que se descuidan mucho a pesar de ser un alimento rico en proteínas, nutritivo y que nos mantiene ligeros en todo momento. Sinceramente, me gustan mucho las judías y me aseguro de que mi familia las coma tan a menudo como sea posible.

Lo que hago es cocinar y sazonar una olla llena de frijoles limpios cada fin de semana para guardarlos en la nevera, ya que siempre son un acompañamiento para otras comidas, como arroz blanco 🍚 con salsa, pasta o espaguetis 🍝, plátanos hervidos, puré de patatas y verduras. También se pueden comer solos.

Pero en la receta de hoy, J decidió probar los frijoles y los fideos junto con algunos ingredientes sencillos y cotidianos que podemos encontrar en la despensa para preparar una comida al estilo curry para el almuerzo. Solo una ración, ya que me apetecían fideos, pero necesitaba que fuera un poco más saludable. Es sencillo, rápido y agradable.

Acompáñame a preparar esta deliciosa receta de fideos con frijoles marrones al estilo curry 🍲

INGREDIENTES: (dos raciones)

1/2 taza de frijoles marrones (cocidos) 1 paquete de fideos 1 chile 1/6 de pulgar de jengibre 1 chile rojo picante Un par de hojas de centella 🍃 1/4 cucharadita de chile en polvo 1/4 cucharadita de sal 1/4 cucharadita de curry en polvo

PASOS PARA LA PREPARACIÓN:

Esta es una receta sencilla y rápida, ya que nuestras judías ya están cocidas. Así que solo tenemos que lavar y cortar nuestras hojas de centella y machacar el jengibre.

Cortamos el chile rojo picante de arriba, dejando el chile rojo 🌶 para decorar.

Paso 3.

Ponemos un poco de agua en la olla y la tapamos para que hierva.

Una vez que hierva, añadimos los fideos, tapamos y dejamos cocer hasta que estén medio hechos antes de removerlos y separarlos.

Añadimos el jengibre, la hoja de laurel y el chile picante aquí arriba cuando los fideos estén tiernos y removemos a fuego lento.

Añadimos aquí los frijoles marrones y los mezclamos suavemente con los fideos.

Por último, añadimos el chile en polvo, la sal y el curry por encima, removemos y tapamos para que se mezcle todo bien.

Siempre intento encontrar nuevas formas de preparar comidas fáciles que se puedan hacer en pocos minutos, sobre todo cuando no me apetece pasar mucho tiempo en la cocina. Y este plato de fideos con alubias marrones al estilo curry es una buena opción que me encantará repetir siempre porque es sencillo y fácil de preparar.

Este es un plato satisfactorio que puedes preparar literalmente sin perder mucho tiempo. Prepáralo con los ingredientes que prefieras. Pero, sinceramente, cuanto más sencillo, mejor, ya que las judías siempre están deliciosas, independientemente de cómo se preparen.
