Ingredients

🥓 Turkey bacon
🥔 Hash brown mix with peppers and onions (from @walmart)
🌮 Tortillas
🧀 Shredded cheese
🥑 1 avocado, sliced
🍅 1 tomato, sliced
🧂 Chicken bouillon (or substitute with salt)
🌶️ Smoked paprika
🧂 Black pepper
🧈 Butter for cooking
🫒 1-2 tablespoons olive oil (for sautéing hash browns)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Hash Browns:
- Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add half the bag of the hash brown mix to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with chicken bouillon, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Stir occasionally and sauté for about 5-10 minutes until the hash browns have a golden color. Set aside.
2- Cook the Turkey Bacon:
- Cook the turkey bacon in a separate skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3- Cook the Eggs:
- In the same skillet used for the bacon, add a small amount of butter.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with a pinch of salt, and scramble them until fluffy. Remove from heat.
4- Assemble the Crunchwraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
