🍞 2 pieces of naan bread
🐔 1 cup cooked chicken, seasoned to taste
🧄 1/2 cup garlic Parmesan sauce (use your favorite recipe)
🍅 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🌿 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
🧂 Salt, to taste
🧂 Pepper, to taste
🍋 Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
1- Preheat and Prepare Naan:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
2- Sauté Garlic and Spinach:
- In a sauté pan, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3- Cook Spinach:
- Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
