Ingredients

🐟 4 Salmon fillets
🍯 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
🌿 1 tablespoon Badia Sazón Tropical seasoning
🧄 1 teaspoon Lidl Garlic Powder
🧅 1 teaspoon Stonemill Onion Powder
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🍋 1/4 cup Badia Cilantro Lime & Garlic Marinade & Dressing
🥄 Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1- Prepare the Salmon:

  • Use kitchen scissors to cut the salmon fillet into individual portions if not already prepared.
  • Carefully remove the skin.

2- Season the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon portions on a plate.
  • Brush the top side with a thin layer of yellow mustard.
  • Sprinkle with Badia Sazón Tropical seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

3- Flip to Season the Other Side:

  • Turn the salmon over.
  • Apply a layer of Badia Sazón Tropical seasoning to the other side.

4- Preheat the Griddle:

  • Add olive oil to a griddle pan and heat over medium-high.
  • Ensure the oil is shimmering.

5- Cook the Salmon:

  • Place the seasoned salmon onto the hot griddle pan.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until each side is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6- Add Marinade and Rest:

  • Once both sides are perfectly cooked, pour the Badia Cilantro Lime & Garlic Marinade & Dressing over the salmon.
  • Cover the pan with foil to let the salmon rest and absorb the flavors for about 5 minutes.

7- Serve:

  • Transfer the salmon to a plate.
  • Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan and serve with a side of cooked green asparagus for a complete meal.
