Ingredients

🍯 2 tablespoons honey

🍅 1 tablespoon ketchup

🌿 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

For the Ranch:

🌿 1 packet ranch mix

🍶 1/2 cup sour cream (or use 1/2 cup mayo and a splash of milk)

For the Chicken:

🍗 4 pieces of chicken tenders

🍚 1 packet Baker’s Kitchen fry mix (or air-fry for a healthier option)

For the Wrap:

🌯 4 large flour tortillas

🥬 1 cup shredded lettuce

🍅 1 diced tomato

🧀 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

1- Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Add the garlic paste and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Stir in Frank’s hot sauce, honey, and ketchup. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • If desired, add chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

2- Prepare the Ranch:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch packet with sour cream. Mix until smooth.

  • If using mayo and milk, combine and whisk until the desired consistency, ensuring it's creamy.

3- Cook the Chicken:

  • Coat the chicken tenders with Baker’s Kitchen fry mix according to the packet instructions.
