Ingredients

🌭 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed

🍅 1 jar chunky salsa
🌶️ 1 jar chipotle salsa
🥫 2 cans Bush chili beans in mild sauce
🥣 2 cups beef broth
🌶️ 1 tablespoon hot sauce
🍎 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
🍯 1 tablespoon brown sugar
🌿 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- Cook the Meat:
- In a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
3- Add Aromatics:
- Stir in the minced garlic and chopped onion.
- Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
4- Incorporate Chilies and Seasonings:
- Add the chopped roasted green chilies to the pot.
- While the fat is still in the pan, sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix thoroughly to combine.
5- Mix in Salsas and Beans:
- Pour both the chunky salsa and chipotle salsa into the pot.
- Add the Bush chili beans with the mild sauce and stir everything together.
