I had half a glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling and movement exercises (Qigong) a long time ago again. When I was hungry already, I postponed my hot lemon. When I was reminded by huge hunger, that I didn't even had my lemon, I decided to steam two apples and make up for the lemon. While I forgot the supplements. I made up for that at dinner and am now drafting my report. At actually 4969 movements.

I supplemented one Vitamin D capsule, Omega-3 oil, vitamin A oil, 2 vitamin C capsules, 1 vitamin B2 pallet and 3 Amino acid pellets. See how I started riding the waves for more.
