RE: Ecency waves Oct 14

in #waveslast month

A 28-year-old woman says she sometimes wakes up and can’t move or talk, even though she’s fully awake. It lasts a few minutes before she can move again.
What could be causing this?

A. Epilepsy
B. Stroke
C. REM Sleep Disorder
D. Sleep Paralysis

Sort:

D - Sleep paralysis

That thing hurts a lot; I used to experience it in the past.

Jmis101 is right, the answer is sleep paralysis.

I love your health awareness contents Doc, keep up the good work.

Thank you 😊
