Do people lose more money in bull or in bear market?

I think indeed it starts in the bull market... People buy stocks or crypto because they see prices rising. This is where they make their first mistake.
Next comes the bear market, prices go down, and FUD is spread, people start selling, prices fall further, and they get scared, and they sell their stocks or crypto with loss.
Another one where it is in the bull market: people bought BTC (or anything else) at price x. Price rizes... 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x!!! Wow!!! Great bull market!!! Sell and take the profit!!!! Sell Sell Sell!!! They sold...
Buy low, sell high, yet people keep doing the opposite. So most money is lost in both.
Bull market continues. Prices keep rizing, 10x, 20x, 30x, 40x, 50x...
They didn't lose real money, but they lost a whole lot of potential money!
