Good change, apple is good but not too much as fruit are natural sugar.
I know many people who don't eat breakfast either... I don't know how they do it, I barely get up and have to eat breakfast or I feel like I have no energy 😆 I recommend starting with light foods, until you get your body used to a new eating routine 😊💚
