It was earlier this year that I've got a tangled veins in one of my toes which I didn't mind after it got tangled up until in the last two days that it got worsen and worsen that I cannot keep up with my work because of this pain.
It was an early morning where I prepare my stuffs on going to my work. Just the usual and normal day that I do during that day and before going to work, I was popping my toes at that time while sitting on my own bed.
While popping, the big toe didn't pop but all of the other toes were popped. I bend my toes that didn't pop and it didn't succeed. I just went outside and rush to go to my work but my toe didn't popped at that time.
On the next day, there is a pain on the toe that it didn't pop and I wonder what got the pain. I was thinking that it was from my work but I realized that it was yesterday's popping. Although, there were some small pains but I can endure it because I cannot clearly feel the pain at that time.
Days and months passed, the pain suddenly grew up until last two days where I cannot walked on my foot and whenever I walked on my left feet, I can feel the pain that caused the popping.
I wonder at that time that it was still okay a day before it was hurting and then early in the morning while going to work again, I can feel that it was hurting whenever I put pressure on the area of the toe that was hurting.
I shared my problem with my colleagues but I cannot find the answer what I'm looking for. At night, while I was in my room, I shared my problem to one of my roommates and he said that it was caused my tangled veins when I tried to pop my toes before.
I understand when he explains that and he said that I need to massaged the food that was hurting and put some Efficascent Oil to the part that was hurting. I did and I told him to pull the toes that was hurting me because of what he said.
While he was pulling the toe that was hurting, I was also screaming along the way and it was a scream of a little bit and at the same time, I was laughing. The pain was indescribable that I cannot explain
After that pulling, while I walk in the morning going to work, the pain was a little bit okay and I can now walk more than yesterday. Until today, most of the pain was gone and I was thankful to my roommate that he helped me get through this pain that I have got.
I think it will take a week for this to recover and it was slowly healing. I was thankful for my roommate that he knows about these small things because if this got worsen, I would go directly to the hospital for this to be okay.
