Good evening, #Monomad friends
While reviewing photos I took a few weeks ago, I noticed several points of contact between them... The element of water, the River Tagus, the south bank of the Tagus, Almada, the people... and the seagulls. Cosmopolitan animals, accustomed to the frenzy of constant waves and changing weather, their presence on land has long been associated with bad weather at sea, but nowadays this is not always true. Although there is indeed this connection, the availability of food, with virtually no effort on their part, makes them frequent passers-by on the river banks... The tourists and the people who take the opportunity to have a bite to eat, lulled by the sound of the tides gently lapping on the cobbled banks and the glimpse of the blue horizon, serve up a vast and inexpensive feast to the feathered creatures.
Not always well-liked, but invariably almost ubiquitous!

I hope you enjoyed my post here in the B&W community
