Although the drinks and space are quite good, what I feel dissatisfied with is the attitude of the staff at Do Do store on Xuan Dinh street. While I was enjoying the milk tea, the shop staff talked freely, even cursed right in front of the customers. Although I don't have a bad attitude towards customers, discussing unrelated things during working hours and showing such an unprofessional attitude makes me feel uncomfortable. This is a pity because it affects the customer's experience when sitting at the shop.
If you want to enjoy milk tea at the shop, be prepared to face a cramped space and not really perfect service attitude. If you buy to take away or order online, it's quite okay.
