Haha I'm so sorry to hear this!! I had some fail experiments myself so I feel you 🙈 But when I started to always use enough butter in cookies, I haven't had any problems since! I hope you won't give up and find a perfect recipe for yourself! ❤️

For me it was! As I was making vegan cookies before and so many of them were crumbly or just not right. But once I started to eat everything again and make cookies with real butter it made all the difference for me! And it didn't work out if I was using just very little butter.. It was only my experience but maybe might be helpful for you too ❤️😁
