Today I was running errands with my mom and sister on the east side of the city, and as it often happens when one thing leads to another… we ended up having lunch way later than planned. With our stomachs growling, we decided to stop by Las Trinitarias and look for something tasty to eat.
After walking around and checking out a few options (because it's always hard to decide when there’s so much good food), we went with a classic: Pollo Graduado and their famous “Cumlaude” combo. And honestly, it never disappoints.
Everything was delicious, but my absolute favorites were the little arepas with that amazing sauce they always serve — and of course, the chicken pieces with that unique, signature flavor.
It was the perfect lunch to recharge after all that walking, and we also got to sit down and enjoy some good conversation while we ate.

Hoy estuve haciendo diligencias con mi mamá y mi hermana por el este de la ciudad, y como a veces pasa cuando una cosa lleva a la otra… se nos hizo tarde para almorzar. Ya con el estómago sonando, decidimos entrar a Las Trinitarias y buscar algo rico para comer. Después de dar unas vueltas mirando opciones (porque siempre cuesta decidir cuando hay tanta comida buena), nos fuimos por lo seguro: Pollo Graduado y su famoso combo “Cumlaude”. Y sinceramente, nunca decepciona. Todo estaba riquísimo, pero mis favoritas sin duda fueron las arepitas con esa salsita espectacular que siempre le ponen, y claro, las piezas de pollo que tienen ese sabor tan característico que las hace únicas. Fue el almuerzo perfecto para recargar energías después de tanto caminar, y también aprovechamos para conversar un rato mientras comíamos.
