I don’t think I’ve ever eaten bread with mashed potato, at least not that I’m aware of, but your photos really make me want to try that sort of bread; it’s also my favourite bread for burgers. Your idea is brilliant, because I can see how fluffy it is when you show the sliced bread, and although the mashed potato doesn’t add any flavour, it must still be delicious. I couldn’t help thinking of a recipe of yours for panettone, or ‘pan dulce’ as it’s called in Argentina. I don’t know why that popped into my head.

Creo que nunca he comido pan con puré de papa, no al menos que yo lo haya sabido, pero tus fotografías dan muchas ganas de comer ese tipo de pan, además es el pan que más me gusta para hamburguesas. Tu idea es espectacular, porque veo esa esponjosidad cuando muestras el pan cortado y si bien el puré no añade sabor debe estar igualmente sabroso. No pude evitar pensar en una receta tuya sobre panetone o pan dulce como se le dice en Argentina. No sé porque me vino eso a la mente.
